Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats August 15, 2010

The night before you want to make this breakfast, combine the following ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup dry rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup skim milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp of Chia seeds (for Omega 3s)
  • 1/2 large overripe banana, mushed up
  • 1 heaping tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

In the morning, add any other ingredients that strike your fancy, such as chocolate chips, walnuts, etc.
