The night before you want to make this breakfast, combine the following ingredients:
- 1/3 cup dry rolled oats
- 1/3 cup skim milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
- 1 tsp of Chia seeds (for Omega 3s)
- 1/2 large overripe banana, mushed up
- 1 heaping tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
In the morning, add any other ingredients that strike your fancy, such as chocolate chips, walnuts, etc.
