Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cover a large area with a sprinkling of flour. Then, roll store -bought, whole wheat pizza dough into a ball in the flour. Next, roll it out using a rolling pin so that it forms a large circle.
Layer on pizza sauce using a spoon so that it is evenly distributed, but make sure to leave a one inch border between the sauce and edge of the crust. Next, layer on shredded 2% mozzarella cheese, fat free feta cheese, and roasted eggplant slices. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until crust is hard and mozzarella cheese is browning and bubbling.
When the pizza comes out of the oven, top with chopped, fresh basil.
