These make a great dessert in the summer that is easy, quick, healthy and delicious. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Slice a fresh peach and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook peach slices for about 4 minutes on each side, or until they are slightly caramelized and brown on the edges.

Serve with greek yogurt or vanilla frozen yogurt.
