Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cover a large area with a sprinkling of flour. Then, roll store -bought, whole wheat pizza dough into a ball in the flour. Next, roll it out using a rolling pin so that it forms a large circle.
Thinly slice a white or vidalia onion. Heat a bit of olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat. Cook onion until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
Top with goat cheese, roasted kabocha squash (you can also use roasted butternut squash), caramelized onions, thyme, oregano, and garlic powder.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is crispy.
