Good morning! I’m up early to head to the gym. I like to take an 8:30 body pump class, and it’s so thoroughly exhausting that if I want to do cardio at all, I have to do it before the class starts. My goal is to get out the door before 7 on summer Thursdays.

Breakfast was two pieces of toast smeared with Maranatha peanut butter, thinly sliced apple (I ate what didn’t fit on the toast), raisins and cinnamon. Iced decaf cherry chocolate cordial coffee, too.

I put the cinnamon and raisins underneath the apple so they didn’t fall off while I was eating them šŸ™‚

I’m excited for the day ahead! After 4 or 5 days of rain and gloom, the forecast says sun is in my future!!!
