I could eat Mediterranean food every day all day long. I think in a previous life I lived in Greece, Turkey or Israel. Give me pita, hummus, falafel, dates, figs and veggies any time! Lunch today is a salad with:
- tomato (thank you neighbor!)
- red onion
- red bell pepper
- 2 Veggie Patch falafel balls
- fat free feta crumbles
Dressing made out of fat free plain greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Kashi Original Seven Grain crackers on the side:
Watermelon, grapes and blueberries for dessert.
Snacks for the day (if needed) are a Cabot’s cheddar cheese bar.
A Chobani pineapple flavored greek yogurt
And a cherry pie Larabar.
Heading to the gym after school. Hooray for a four day weekend!
