Howdy! I can’t believe it’s already Wednesday. Where has this week gone?! I was looking at my calendar the other day to see how many weeks I have to wait for a shortened week and counted 5. At first, it seemed like an impossibility that I could make it through five whole five-day weeks before getting a break, but I think I may finally be getting back into my school mode!
Lunch today is leftovers from last night. (Can you call something leftovers if you didn’t really eat it the night before?)
With a Ginger Gold apple for dessert. These are the perfect mix of tart and sweet and have a nice crisp texture to them!
Snacks for the day include pineapple and grapes
and leftover Mexican stirfry with shredded low fat cheddar from Sunday with some crackers on the side for dipping.
I know that since I didn’t really eat dinner after yesterday’s epic run, there is a strong possibility that this won’t hold me over. In that case, I have an Pecan Pie flavored Larabar for back-up.
My plans for the afternoon include a tempo run or speed work at the gym (depending on how my legs feel) and body pump. It looks like I won’t be home until well after 6, so I’m glad that Dave will be home to make dinner for us!
